Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure the hall. A date is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
Is the deposit refundable?
There are certain terms and conditions that dictate if a deposit is refundable and how much is refundable. These specific terms are spelled out in detail in each venue contract.
How many people does your site comfortably hold?
The Lotus Wedding & Banquet Hall will comfortably hold 400 for dining on two floors and 1300 seated reception.
Do you provide table décor?
We do not, but we do have a list of qualified vendors who can or you may bring in your own décor. Again, the venue does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Do you have a sound system and how are the acoustics?
The Lotus Wedding & Banquet hall has a surround sound stereo system with AUX, CD, and USB support. Lapel & wireless microphones are also available.
Is there a changing area for the wedding party?
The venue is equipped with restrooms for gents & ladies separately and has a separate dressing room for the Bride with attached restrooms and air conditioning.
Are the restrooms adequate to accommodate a large number of guests?
The venue has more than adequate restroom facilities.
What about Parking?
Lotus Wedding & Banquet hall has parking available on the rear side of the building with handicap access. Additional parking is available at adjoining parking areas.
Is valet parking available?
We do not provide valet parking. You can provide that service but the venue will not assume responsibility for loss or damage caused by any company providing the service. Any hired service must provide proof of liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance.
Do you have pictures of events in the room?
Yes, we do have pictures of recent events for you to review for ideas. These pictures are currently available on our website and social media accounts.
Will the venue be completely private for our event or will it be accessible to others?
The Lotus Wedding & Banquet Hall is completely private and exclusive to your event.
Can we visit the venue when it is set up for another event?
It is possible for you to set up an appointment to view either venue when it is set up for a similar event. Get in touch with us to set up an appointment.
